About The Position

Wyatt Johnson Kia, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced, talented, and innovative General Sales Manager to join their leadership team. Hudson Automotive is a large and growing automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S. focused on customer experience. This role is ideal for an experienced General Sales Manager or an accomplished Sales Manager in the automotive industry with a history of success in developing and leading high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales and management experience is required.
  • Proven experience in training management staff, directing work, and removing barriers to success.
  • Experience forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for the department and for individual sales consultants, providing them with the support to meet these goals.
  • Proven success in hiring, training, motivating, and assessing the performance of all new- and used-sales personnel.
