This role involves acting as an Opposing Force (OPFOR) and Role Player (RP) for scenario-based training in Boston. RPs will need to stay on script, wear appropriate costuming, and handle various military weapons systems, including firing marking cartridges, paintball weapons, and blank ammunition after receiving instruction. The role requires physical fitness to operate in austere environments, including during darkness, and the ability to handle basic weapons safety. RPs must be comfortable being restrained and searched, standing and laying prone for extended periods, and participating in training scenarios where they will be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition while wearing protective gear.
