The CARS General Relief Worker is crucial in supporting clients to build empowerment, make positive decisions, become part of their community, and develop stability in daily activities. This role involves establishing professional boundaries, providing guidance on emotional support, daily living skills, and community resource engagement based on client needs and supervisor direction.
