Requirements

5 Years Construction Experience
Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
Work truck/van with tools
Ability to carry the tools and materials needed
Great communication and customer service skills
Great attitude
Ability to work in the Inland Empire, Orange County and North San Diego County

Nice To Haves

Experience with repairs to drywall
Experience with finish work
Experience installing interior doors
Experience installing cabinets
Experience installing plumbing trim
Some experience in flooring work

Responsibilities

Repairs to drywall
Patching, hanging, floating, and matching texture for drywall
Cutting and installing baseboards, door casings, trim, and other types of molding
Installation of interior doors
Installing cabinets
Installing plumbing trim (toilets, water heaters, sinks, connecting appliances, disposal, dishwasher)
Flooring work
