Day General Radiologist - Radiology Partners Sol
About The Position
RP Sol is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Radiologist to support its growing practice in Tucson, Arizona. This is a full-time, onsite, partnership-track position; part-time and independent-contractor arrangements are also considered. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The diverse case mix is primarily diagnostic radiology with some light interventional radiology. The position offers opportunities to grow in clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice, along with support from virtual radiology assistants (VRAs), AI tools, and 24/7 IT and administrative teams. Radiologists use MosaicOS™, a cloud- and AI-native platform combining diagnostic technologies, AI-powered tools, and smart workflows. Competitive compensation and a commencement bonus are offered. RP Sol provides subspecialty radiology coverage and support in partnership with Northwest Healthcare, a Tucson-area healthcare network consisting of four hospitals, three designated primary stroke centers, and other facilities. Northwest Medical Center is a 287-bed hospital with a women’s imaging center, outpatient imaging, ambulatory surgery centers, and urgent care facilities. The salary range is $500,000–$550,000. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
- Licensed in Arizona or able to obtain an Arizona license.
