About The Position

Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) and Radiology Associates of Canton (RAC) are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Radiologist or Neuro Radiologist to join their remote late-evening team serving Ohio. The position involves interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies, including non-subspecialty reads. Radiologists from all subspecialties are encouraged to apply. Associate and partnership-track opportunities are available, with flexible start times and schedules designed to support work-life balance in a collaborative, physician-led group. Available schedules include a partner role working one week on and two weeks off, plus 21 additional half evening shifts; an associate role working one week on and two weeks off; and partner roles working one week on and one week off. The neuro associate role follows a one-week-on, two-weeks-off schedule, and the neuro partner role follows a one-week-on, one-week-off schedule. Shifts end between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m., with the radiologist choosing the end time. Listed starting total compensation ranges from $450,000 to $694,000 depending on role, inclusive of 401(k) profit sharing, with commencement bonuses ranging from $50,000 to $125,000. The broader compensation range is $450,000 to $1 million, and the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Associate and partnership-eligible roles include full benefits and a home workstation. The practice also offers moonlighting and incentive-pay opportunities. Radiologists may pursue clinical and non-clinical growth opportunities. CRC is physician-owned and physician-led, founded in 1946, and has more than 180 board-certified and subspecialty-trained radiologists. Its internal 24/7 Results Communication Center, CORE, supports radiologists by coordinating care and clinical contact and reducing day-to-day administrative work. The practice emphasizes patient care, physician relations, continuous quality improvement, professional development, research, artificial intelligence, and clinical initiatives.

Requirements

Be licensed or eligible to obtain a license in Ohio.
Be board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
Be comfortable interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies, including general radiology and non-subspecialty reads.

Responsibilities

Interpret diagnostic imaging studies across the modalities within the radiologist’s subspecialty.
Read general radiology studies for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medicine.
Participate in opportunities to grow in clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice.
