About The Position

Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is hiring full-time partner radiologists in Toledo, Ohio, to support its growing practice. Generalists and subspecialists are encouraged to apply. The role requires reading general diagnostic imaging and working collaboratively with local referring physicians. Radiologists may have location flexibility; non-breast and non-interventional radiology partners have few or no driving shifts and may work several remote day shifts from home. The role offers a one-year partnership track that includes Radiology Partners equity. Partner schedules comprise 200 shifts, including 20 evenings and 20 weekend shifts across 10 weekends. CRC offers a home workstation, full benefits, and opportunities for moonlighting and incentive pay. The position also provides opportunities to grow in clinical and non-clinical roles and accelerated leadership opportunities. CRC supports seven health systems, more than 25 hospitals, including three Level I trauma centers, and 70 ambulatory care centers. Founded in 1946, it is physician-owned and physician-led, with more than 180 board-certified and subspecialty-trained radiologists. The practice emphasizes patient care, physician relations, continuous quality improvement, professional development, research, clinical initiatives, artificial intelligence, and best practices. Its internal 24/7 Results Communication Center, CORE (Center of Radiology Excellence), coordinates care and clinical contact and helps reduce radiologists’ administrative work. The advertised starting annual compensation is $570,000 or more, inclusive of a 401(k) profit-sharing contribution. Additional stated compensation includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $150,000 commencement bonus, and $25,000 retention bonus, as well as 10 weeks of PTO. The listed salary range is $447,000–$1,000,000, and the role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, certifications, and location. Benefits include health and wellness coverage, 401(k), family planning, and telehealth, subject to eligibility requirements.
