About The Position
RP North Houston, a physician-led radiology practice serving a fast-growing region of Texas, is seeking a full-time General Radiologist to join its expanding team in a fully remote role. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and innovation, and offers physicians the opportunity to help shape workflows, culture, and the future direction of the organization. The role follows a 7-days-on/7-days-off evening schedule, working either 2 p.m.–10 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Central Time. The radiologist will practice general radiology using an advanced vRad platform with list-curation capabilities and will collaborate with Diagnostic Radiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and advanced practice providers. The position includes coverage for a Level II Trauma Center serving the North Houston region and is supported by clinical and operational infrastructure. Leadership opportunities are available as the practice grows, and the position offers a one-year partnership track. Compensation includes a base salary of $500,000–$750,000+, a $50,000 commencement bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. All specialties are welcome.
