About The Position
Mount Sinai South Nassau (MSSN) is seeking General Psychiatrists to be based in Oceanside, Long Island. MSSN’s Department of Psychiatry is a vibrant community of dedicated and collaborative professionals committed to discovering the causes of, and better treatments for, mental illness and substance use disorders. For over 30 years, our team of behavioral health experts has offered care for people with a sudden, short-term crisis as well as ongoing mental health conditions. We aim to help people manage personal tragedy, job and family situations, medical illness, and difficult diagnosis, as well as a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will provide high quality Psychiatry services to patients. Candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System.
