This is a casual position responsible for delivering various general programs to preschool, youth, adults, or adults 55+.

Requirements

Current Standard First Aid and CPR- C.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate program delivery.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Satisfactory passing of a vulnerable sector check.
Proof of qualifications.

Nice To Haves

Experience teaching piano and/or guitar lessons.
One (1) year experience in a program area is preferred.
Experience working with preschool, youth, adults, and adults 55+ would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Assist with and/or prepare and implement program content based on program objectives outlined by the Town.
Assist with and/or prepare course related materials in the facilities, teaching material and equipment.
Prepare program outlines, lesson plans and materials for participants as required.
Provide program instruction and leadership at the appropriate skill level of participants.
Perform administrative tasks (i.e., attendance, preparation, Injury and Incident Reports etc.)
