About The Position

This role is a main contributor to the daily manufacturing requirements and output for the facility. Provides general labor support to the team within the department. The team member is also required to follow all the health & safety rules, regulations, and initiatives in the area that he/she is assigned to.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Must be able to use heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Must be able to communicate equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Must be able to build molds for future needs of box department.
• Must be able to assist with concrete finishing duties, such as repairing/patching concrete pipes and boxes.
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Must always wear the proper PPE and follow PPE Guidelines.
• Must not operate any equipment, machinery, or tools if not trained to operate.
• Must be able to follow the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED desirable but not required.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.

• Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team.
