About The Position
As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality doors and windows. Depending on your assignment, you may work in various production, assembly, material handling, or packaging functions throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency with hand and power tools, including drills, staple guns, and miter saws.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in multiple areas.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate small and large production equipment used in the manufacturing of doors and windows.
- Work on door and window assembly lines.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Machine products for hardware installation.
- Prepare, move, and handle materials throughout the production process.
- Stage and package finished products for shipment.
- Perform general warehouse and production-related duties as needed.
- Work overtime as required to meet customer demands and production schedules.
