About The Position

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves various tasks in a fast-paced production environment, including accurately applying labels, stacking frozen product, packing, inspecting product on a conveyor belt, assisting with product handling, removing waste, keeping floors clean, weighing product, and maintaining quality control and safety standards. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. Requirements

Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds
All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history

Responsibilities

Accurately applying labels to shipping boxes
Repeatedly stacking frozen product overhead (up to 40 lbs.)
Packing multiple bags of product into boxes
Inspecting product and removing items from a moving conveyor belt
Assist with product handling, sorting, and /or stacking
Remove waste, scrap, and recyclable materials according to plant procedures
Keeping any chicken and any other trash off of the floor using a squeegee and a shovel to keep the floor clean
Weight product according to product specifications
Maintaining quality control and following safety standards in a fast‑paced production environment
Working Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed
Performing all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
