About The Position

This role involves general production duties in a manufacturing environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays. The pay is $16.90 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for the 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 365-day waiting period before you can reapply.
• Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.

Responsibilities

• Understand and agree to follow Safety Rules.
• Push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Work in damp, cold, or hot environments.
• Reach above shoulder level.
• Perform the duties of the position.
• Stand 8-10 hours a day.
• Wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net, and beard guard.
• Maneuver around freely as needed.
• Have good hand/eye coordination.
• Climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
