B Shift General Production - Logansport Plant (New Hires Only) October 2026
About The Position
This role is for new hires only at the Logansport Plant, specifically for the B Shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the physical requirements of the position, which may include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching for extended periods. They will also need to lift up to 62 lbs regularly and adapt to various working environments, including extremely cold, damp, hot, and humid conditions with slippery surfaces. The job involves performing repetitive motions efficiently, learning and executing basic to intermediate knife skills for trimming and deboning meat products, and safely operating powered equipment. The candidate must follow management instructions and be willing to take on additional tasks as required. This location is not currently accepting rehires.
