About The Position

This role is responsible for following safety guidelines, wearing appropriate PPE, and operating equipment only after proper training. The position adheres to the daily production plan, utilizes heavy power manual tools, and assists with concrete finishing duties. Communication with the maintenance team regarding equipment issues is crucial. The job involves following specific manufacturing processes for pipes or boxes and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Must wear proper PPE and follow PPE Guidelines.
Must be trained to operate any equipment, machinery, or tool before use.
Must be able to use heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
Must be able to set and move steel rings.
Must be able to communicate equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
Must be able to follow the manufacturing process based on the production line (pipes or boxes).
Must be able to assist with concrete finishing duties, including repairing and patching concrete pipes and boxes.
Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in construction or manufacturing desired.

Responsibilities

Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role.
Always wears the proper PPE and follows the PPE Guidelines.
Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or toll if he/she has not been trained to operate.
Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan.
Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
Sets and moves steel rings when instructed and as necessary.
Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
Follows the manufacturing process based on the production line (pipes or boxes).
Assists with the concrete finishing duties, when necessary, as repairing and patching concrete pipes and boxes.
Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team.
