About The Position

Our client is looking for dependable and motivated Production Workers to join their food manufacturing team in Portage, WI! This role involves packaging, labeling, and inspecting food products, ensuring they meet quality standards. Responsibilities include filling, sealing, banding, and boxing products, as well as palletizing finished goods. The position also requires assisting with equipment setup and cleaning, and strictly adhering to all food safety and quality procedures. The work environment is a cold temperature setting with loud machinery, requiring hearing protection. Employees must wear hair nets, frocks, and non-slip footwear. There is also exposure to food allergens.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and inspect food products
• Remove products that do not meet quality standards
• Fill, seal, band, and box products
• Palletize finished goods
• Assist with equipment setup and cleaning
• Follow all food safety and quality procedures
