Requirements
- 1+ year of warehouse or production experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manual dexterity, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
- English proficiency preferred.
- Ability to reliably commute to Brooklyn Park, MN or plan to relocate before starting.
- Offers of employment are contingent on a background screening
- International Packaging is an E-Verify Company, ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws.
- Candidates will be asked to indicate availability (1st shift, 2nd shift, or both).
- Applicants should be prepared to provide employment history details and references.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and use tools such as tape guns with accuracy and care.
- Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Move between machines, racks, and work areas as part of daily responsibilities.
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Support production flow and team efficiency across multiple departments to meet and exceed their run rate goals.
