About The Position

Conagra Brands is seeking a General Production - Utility associate for their Fayetteville, AR plant. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production of brands like Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol. The position reports to the Team Lead and is part of a team of over 500 associates. The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday and occasional Fridays, with potential for change. The starting pay is $19.11/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential for the 2nd shift (4:30 PM-2:30 AM).

Requirements

Lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds.
Climbing stairs.
Using hands to move things.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment such as earplugs.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Ability to work in an environment where noise levels can be high and temperatures may vary.

Responsibilities

Operate all different machines and equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.

Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
