About The Position

Conagra Brands is seeking a General Production - Utility associate for their Fayetteville, AR plant. This role reports to the Team Lead and is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production. The associate will join a team of over 500 associates. The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday and occasional Friday's, from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with potential for change. The starting pay is $19.11/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Requirements

This is a physical position.
Lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds.
Climbing stairs.
Using hands to move things.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Working in a manufacturing environment where noise levels can be high and temperatures may vary.

Nice To Haves

Power jack and forklift experience preferred.
Machine operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate all different machines and equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
