About The Position

At our Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant, we're producing Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 500 associates. Schedule: Monday - Thursday and occasional Friday's, as needed| 10-hour shifts | Start times vary between 4:30 – 6:30am.

Requirements

Lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds.
Climbing stairs.
Using hands to move things.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
Working in environments where noise levels can be high and temperatures may vary.

Nice To Haves

Power jack and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate all different machines and equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot the production equipment.
Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
Perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
