About The Position

Conagra Brands is seeking a General Production - Utility associate for their Fayetteville, AR plant. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production of brands like Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol. The position reports to the Team Lead and is part of a team of over 500 associates. The schedule is Monday - Thursday with occasional Fridays, featuring 10-hour shifts with start times varying between 4:30 AM and 6:30 AM. The starting pay is $19.11 per hour.

Requirements

Lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds.
Climbing stairs.
Using hands to move things.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.

Responsibilities

Operate all different machines and equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
