About The Position

At our Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant, we're producing Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 500 associates. The schedule is Monday - Thursday and occasional Friday's, as needed, with 10-hour shifts. Start times vary between 4:30 – 6:30 AM. The starting pay is $19.11/hour.

Requirements

This is a physical position.
Lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds.
Climbing stairs.
Using hands to move things.
Working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Working in an environment where noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Power jack and forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities
