About The Position

Conagra Brands is seeking individuals for their Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant, producing Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol products. Reporting to the Team Lead, the role involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production within a team of over 500 associates. The schedule is Monday - Thursday and occasional Fridays, with scheduled hours subject to change. The starting pay is $19.11/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential for the 2nd shift (4:30 PM-2:30 AM).

Requirements

This is a physical position.
Lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds.
Climbing stairs.
Using hands to move things.
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Working in a manufacturing environment where noise levels can be high and temperatures may vary.

Nice To Haves

Power jack and forklift experience preferred.
Machine operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate all different machines and equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
