About The Position

Conagra Brands is seeking individuals for their Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant, producing Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol products. This role reports to the Team Lead and involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production. The team consists of over 500 associates. The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday and occasional Fridays, with potential changes to the 2nd shift (4:30 PM-2:30 AM). The starting pay is $19.11/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Requirements

Physical position requiring lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs, and using hands to move things.
Ability to be on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform consistent repetitive tasks.
Ability to frequently lift, push or carry materials.
Awareness that noise levels can be high and temperatures may vary in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate all different machines and equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
