About The Position

At Conagra Brands’ Fayetteville, Arkansas plant, the General Production - Utility associate monitors and troubleshoots production equipment to help ensure continuous production. The role operates a variety of machines and equipment, supplies production lines, performs product quality checks, collaborates with other departments to meet production demand and maintain quality standards, and helps keep the work area clean in accordance with food safety and OSHA requirements. The position reports to the Team Lead and is part of a plant team of over 500 associates. The schedule is generally Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays as needed. First-shift start times vary between 4:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., with end times between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be needed to meet production demand. This is a physical manufacturing role involving large machinery and moving parts; the environment can be noisy, and temperatures may vary. Earplugs and other personal protective equipment are provided. Further details about essential tasks and facility requirements will be shared during the hiring process.

Requirements

Able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Able to perform physical tasks that may include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling, repetitive tasks, and frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying materials.
Able to work in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, potentially high noise levels, and varying temperatures.

Nice To Haves

Machine operator experience preferred.
Power jack experience preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.
