About The Position

Ability to cross departments to assist in Production type responsibilities. Work is repetitive and simple such as; hanging, masking, shipping, shaking, assembly etc.

Requirements

• Detailed-Oriented and organized.
• Understand the working of a plant facility.
• Able to manage several projects at one time while managing schedule requirements.
• Good verbal and written skills and has the ability to read and interpret highly detailed instructions
• Give good attention to detail - provides accurate and consistent work output, work with minimal supervision - provides information in a useable form and timely basis to other who need to act on it
• Interprets and works toward team goals, demonstrates personal accountability, easily gains, trust and supports peers, encourages collaboration
• Ability to present the truth in an appropriate and helpful manner
• Manage time effectively and efficiently; prioritizes work to meet the timely demands
• Is action oriented and full of energy for things that might be challenging without compromising quality

Responsibilities

• Accurately repeat a specified process in the department they are assisting with
• Ability to apply different skills set depending on the work area
• Ability to follow instructions to accurately scan, identify parts prior to leaving the work area and deliver to proper location
• Inspect all products to ensure that overall end product meets customer specifications
• Ensure you follow all SPM safety procedures associated with operating machinery, plant requirements and other safety regulations
• Attend all required training, seminars or other skills set instruction
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
