About The Position

Safely and efficiently operates multiple stations of the bath salt production line. Fully compliant with GMPs and manufacturing processes and procedures. Ensures product containers are clear and free from contamination and fills containers using both hopper fed fillers and manual scoops. May mix or blend product ingredients. Ensures product containers are properly filled to specification and labels are correct, accurate, and match product being produced. Operates and monitors the sealer to ensure bags are properly sealed. Boxes, stacks and palletizes product as required. Monitors the LOT machine to ensure the correct LOT is legible to every bag.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated ability to effectively operate multiple stations on assigned production line
Effective communication skills.
Able to effectively work in a team environment.
Must be performance and quality driven.
Able to lift more than 55lbs for long periods of time.
Able to complete production documentation.
Able to completely setup the LOT machine

Responsibilities

Works in a safe manner and complies with safe work practices at all times. Reports unsafe conditions or situations to supervisor or management.
Complies with and executes Good Manufacturing Practices. Recognizes non-compliance and takes action to correct or report observed violations of GMPs.
Demonstrates the ability to effectively and safely operate multiple stations of assigned production line. Ensures efficient product flow to and through filling process. Ensures product containers are filled using accepted processes and procedures and GMPs, and labels are correct, accurate, and match product being produced. Weighs filled product packages to ensure fill accuracy. May mix or blend product ingredients. Boxes, stacks and palletizes product as required. Meets productivity requirements for assigned stations worked. Work is done standing in a production area.
Actively engages in production and team meetings, and provides timely feedback to team regarding work topics. Understands organizational mesh points and potential synergies. Integrates team efforts across work team. Understands available resources, and utilizes those resources when appropriate.
