General Production/Hand Soldering
About The Position
The General Production/Hand Soldering position involves performing through-hole and surface mount hand soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs) in accordance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. Responsibilities also include assembling, wiring, and installing components, sub-assemblies, and hardware based on schematics, drawings, and work instructions. The role requires operating hand tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment with precision, maintaining accurate production and quality records, and adhering to safety guidelines while ensuring a clean and organized work area. The current shift is Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM until 5:00 PM.

- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
- Must be US Person

- Prior hand solder experience preferred.
