About The Position

Tribute Baking Company is the strategic combination of six businesses with rich histories in the baking industry! Just Bagels BX , Always Bagels PA, Always Bagels NY, Original Bagel, Dutch Maid, and Hometown Foods all together, create a market leading producer of authentic New York style kettle-boiled, hearth-baked bagels and high quality cake products sold into the in-store bakery, online platforms, club store, foodservice, and convenience store channels. This posting is based in our BRONX, NY location.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement, loud machinery and fast-moving conveyor belts.
Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) on a production floor.
Frequent walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping and reaching.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs. regularly.
Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms and back for handling product, packaging, and operating equipment.
Exposure to varying temperatures, including cold storage areas below 40°F and production areas that may exceed 90°F.
Manufacturing environment with strict adherence to work and safety rules 100% of the time.
Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated by company policies.
Ability to be exposed to allergens that are used in the production facility.
