About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is seeking a Geriatrician to provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. Physicians will receive comprehensive training in wound management, including a fellowship, and utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies. The role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians are W2 employees and can expect to earn an average of $300,000 per year for a 30-hour work week, with part-time opportunities available. The practice involves weekly wound rounds at post-acute care facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals) within a 40-60 mile radius, visiting 2-3 facilities and treating 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is done in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Requirements

Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Full, active, and unrestricted license in the state you wish to practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 days a week within our working days of Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
