Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree
  • Current (or eligible) Texas veterinary license
  • Strong foundation in preventive medicine and wellness care
  • Experience or interest in general surgery and dentistry
  • Excellent communication and client education skills
  • Passion for compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced small animal practice

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive wellness, preventive, and diagnostic care for companion animals
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through education and compassionate communication
  • Perform general soft tissue surgery and dentistry (or receive mentorship to build these skills)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on the highest standard of patient care
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
  • Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital culture
