About The Position

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented candidates to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role requires a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The General Machine Operator must be willing and capable of learning all aspects of spiral weld pipe manufacturing. The Operator must have the ability to collaborate with the team while possessing the aptitude to collect data and independently make good decisions in real time based on those facts. The Operator must be self-motivated with the leadership skills to inspire others and have the perceptive skills to identify inconsistencies in product and equipment and develop solutions for them. Having an uncompromising commitment to safety is a requirement. Training on specific equipment and processes will be provided.
