About The Position

This entry-level team member position supports store operations by stocking shelves with food and grocery products and helping ensure the store is ready for customers. The role involves hands-on merchandising and customer service, including moving products from pallets or carts to shelf locations, managing backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized work environment. Stockers work with store leadership and teammates to complete assigned areas on time, provide friendly customer interactions when needed, and perform other tasks that support smooth operations. The position includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
