Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for GM/HBC customers
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and assign duties to GM/HBC stock clerks
  • Drive department performance by increasing sales, improving gross margin, and controlling costs
  • Resolve customer concerns related to products, service, and department operations
  • Execute merchandising programs, including pricing, signage, and display standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through ordering, daily counts, and stock replenishment
  • Ensure product rotation, remove expired items, and complete recalls as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, displays, and backroom areas
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Secure high-value merchandise and maintain proper handling procedures
