About The Position

This part-time, entry-level retail team member position supports store operations by stocking shelves and preparing the store for customers. The role involves moving products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations, managing backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Team members work with store leadership, assist customers with friendly and respectful service when needed, and support other operational tasks. Overnight shifts are worked to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
