Our General Merchandise Dept Supervisor plans, directs, and supervises team members in the day-to-day operations within the General Merchandise departments of the store. Serves as a mentor and coach for all team members. Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, ensure customer needs are met, and maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor. Maintains store appearance with a focus on product presentation, merchandising standards, and company expectations.

Requirements

Current or previous leadership experience in retail, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, or store operations is preferred.
Experience leading teams, managing stock levels, and driving sales results is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plans, directs and supervises team members in the day to day operations within various departments of the store.
Serves as the mentor and coach for all team members.
Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales while ensuring customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient.
Maintains store appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
