About The Position

This entry-level team member position supports store operations by stocking shelves and preparing the store for the day ahead. The role involves handling product, merchandising, and customer service, with a focus on keeping assigned areas stocked, clean, safe, and organized. Team members provide friendly and respectful customer interactions when needed and work with leadership and coworkers to complete tasks efficiently. Overnight shifts are required.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
