General Manufacturing Position- Night Shift 5 pm to 5 am
About The Position
This position involves operating extrusion and milling equipment, ensuring proper setup and adherence to shop order instructions. Responsibilities include verifying product weight against formulas, ensuring mixes are ready, checking equipment fitness and cleanliness, and confirming product specifications before milling. The role also requires supporting the quality policy and following all environmental, health, and safety procedures, including reporting near misses, incidents, and hazards. Additionally, there are specific duties related to weighing and mixing, ensuring accurate weighing per formula, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and fitness.

- Continuous lifting of 55lbs
Responsibilities
- Running extrusion and milling equipment
- Ensure equipment is setup and ran per shop order instructions
- Verify that products weight matches the formula
- Verify all mixes are ready to be ran
- Verify equipment fitness and cleanliness
- Verify that products are in specifications and clean prior to milling
- Support quality policy
- Follow all environmental health and safety procedures and report all near misses, incidents and hazards

- Ensure that products are weighed as per formula
- Make sure that all safety procedures are followed
