This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, metal components, and production equipment in a team-oriented environment. Requirements

  • General industrial machine operation
  • Deburring and metal finishing
  • Basic material handling and packaging skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes
  • Awareness of workplace safety standards and procedures
  • Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, and metal fabrication equipment
  • Understanding of quality expectations in a manufacturing environment
  • Apply mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced production setting
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
  • Maintain consistent quality while meeting production requirements
  • Adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and production schedules
  • Work independently while also contributing as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Assist with fabrication, assembly, and processing of metal components
  • Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing tasks to meet quality standards
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging and material movement
  • Operate forklifts and press brakes, when trained and qualified
  • Conduct basic inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
