About The Position
The IHOP Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the District Manager. The role directly supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, with a focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP’s standards of quality and service. The General Manager also develops managers and team members. This is not an all-inclusive job description.

- Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and late nights.
