About The Position

Integrity Facility Solutions is seeking a strong, hands-on General Manager to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day operations while helping drive continued growth. Reporting directly to our Director of Operations, this role is responsible for turning company goals and operational priorities into consistent day-to-day execution while providing leadership, accountability, and support across the operational team. Our ideal General Manager understands that effective leadership is about more than managing tasks. It means developing people, maintaining accountability, solving problems, improving processes, protecting customer relationships, and creating an environment where employees can succeed. We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement and who brings a positive, “let’s get it done” attitude to their work. The General Manager will be expected to take ownership of day-to-day operational decisions, identify issues, develop solutions, and ensure priorities are followed through to completion, escalating significant strategic, financial, or organizational matters to the Director of Operations when appropriate. The right person will be comfortable working with a wide range of personalities, moving between priorities quickly, and taking initiative without requiring constant direction. Ultimately, we’re looking for a leader who can help strengthen our operations, improve profitability and service quality, develop our team, and contribute to a company culture that values people, rewards individual contributions, and has fun while doing it.
