About The Position

Unique Services is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Bradenton, FL, operation. The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the location, including revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee development. This position will lead the team with a strong customer-first mindset while creating a high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for business operations and team performance.
Demonstrated experience managing profit and loss, budgets, revenue growth, and operational performance.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into action.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple departments, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business performance reporting tools.
Residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home-services experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide full operational and financial leadership for the location, including responsibility for revenue, profitability, budgeting, and overall business performance.
