About The Position

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson in Conyers, GA is hiring a General Manager to join our great team. We are looking for someone who will oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficiently. This role involves steering and managing the sales operation of new and pre-owned units, guiding and developing the sales team using leadership skills and sales expertise, and forecasting and creating sales, service, and parts objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals through open communication, develop the sales team by offering new and different sales techniques, and communicate openly and consistently with the team while assessing their needs. This position also requires modeling superior customer service behavior and providing a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
Thorough knowledge of and experience with the sales of powersports
Proven track record of success managing teams
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
Exceptional face-to-face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
