About The Position

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson in Conyers, GA is hiring a General Manager to join our great team. We are looking for someone who will oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficiently, steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned units, and guide and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise. You will use your management skills to forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals, motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication, and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques. You will communicate openly and consistently with your team and assess their needs, model superior customer service behavior, and provide a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with the sales of powersports
  • Proven track record of success managing teams
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
  • Exceptional face-to-face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
  • Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
