About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the equipment and facility. Training is provided on the job. This role requires strong communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, and using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting (up to 60 pounds), carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching. Hand tasks are continuous and require eye-hand coordination, including frequent and/or forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough and pinching to assemble boxes. Team members may also be required to utilize various tools and equipment such as pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role involves delivering product by car to customer doors, delivering marketing materials, and requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills, including map reading and locating addresses, are essential. Delivery personnel must navigate various terrains and buildings while carrying product, and may need to climb multiple flights of stairs. Driving requires far vision and night vision, and the work conditions include exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
