About The Position

Domino's Pizza of Winston-Salem is a locally owned and operated franchise seeking a General Manager. This is a fun and challenging role where you can learn and grow. Our GMs earn a salary and a percentage of the store profits, plus incentives for sales increases and operational excellence. We are the industry leader in pizza delivery and are looking for a great team leader to help us maintain that position.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
• A great can-do & friendly attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
• Decently clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that can be demanding when it really gets busy
• Desire to help our team be the BEST pizza delivery spot in Winston-Salem & every neighborhood
• High achievers
