About The Position
As General Manager, you will manage an entire restaurant and bring out the best in the Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members who work for you as they deliver excellent customer service. You will lead the team, oversee business and restaurant operations, manage budgets and scheduling, support hiring and development, and communicate issues with leadership. The role also includes teaching cleaning and sanitation procedures.
