About The Position

The General Manager position is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires the ability to comprehend and give written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and accurately perform basic mathematical calculations. Essential functions include strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills, excellent eye-hand coordination for precise movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. The work environment involves varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and continuous reaching. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination, and may involve forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough. Team members may also be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. For delivery roles, additional duties include operating a vehicle for product and flyer delivery, requiring a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills are essential for delivery, including reading maps and locating addresses in various terrains and building types. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product while walking and climbing, driving, and walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations. Climbing stairs, potentially five or more flights, may be required during deliveries. Work conditions for delivery involve exposure to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Must be able to make correct monetary change.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
