About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone and in person. Responsibilities include taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong communication and essential skills for order processing, including basic math for change calculation and computer/touch screen operation. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and working in confined spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands, including forceful use for tasks like shaping dough and assembling boxes. Team members may use tools such as pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer locations, which requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to carry products while navigating various terrains and buildings, including stairs. Delivery personnel also walk between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and may drive multiple deliveries per shift. The delivery work conditions involve exposure to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
